Advanced Training Course In Food Law (XIII edition) a.y. 2023/2024)

For a.y. 2023/2024, the Department for Sustainable Development and Ecological Transition is activating the XIII edition of the Advanced Training Course in Food Law, lasting 40 hours. The course will take place online in the period between September 2023 and May 2024, unless scheduled for on-site sessions as agreed with participants.

Educational and professional goals

The course aims to offer students an overall picture of the topic of Food Law, analysing the most recent measures or those garnering the most significant legal interpretations in the last two years.

Admission requisites

 

The following can apply for admission to the course: graduates in all disciplines (including three-year courses) or undergraduates or people employed in the food sector who do not have a degree but can present proof of qualified work experience in the sector. The evaluation is entrusted to the Academic Board of the course, made up of members of the Academic Board of the Centre for Studies on Law and Agricultural, Food and Environment Studies (CeDiSA).

The maximum number of participants is 70.

The application:

• applications must arrive no later than 12 noon (Italian time) on 30 August 2023.

Fee

The enrolment fee, which must be paid by 30 September 2023, depends on the candidate status:              

- normal enrolment: € 500

- reduced fee for former students of previous editions: € 100

- reduced fee for those registered on the regular food education programme at DiSSTE (CeDiSA): € 350

Registration fee payment: by 30 September 2023

Qualification

Participants who have attended at least half of the live online lessons will be issued a certificate of participation. Those who voluntarily decide to undergo a final exam with a positive outcome will be issued a certificate of "Participation with credits”
