IT Services
The IT services that we have activated allow you to carry out many activities online and with the help of computers/internet. For example, you can interact with teachers and offices and remain updated on your course and on the activities of the Department and the University; you can use the free access computer and language labs, and study online through the DIR (Didattica In Rete) e-learning platform.
We advise you to check every day:

- your university email account with the address “enrolmentnumber @studenti.uniupo.it” that you can consult here
The email service is activated for all students on undergraduate and Master courses at the University of Eastern Piedmont. It is not necessary to apply for an account.

- the platform "Online student services”, which allows you to view your course progress, verifying personal data, exams taken, fees and administrative documents, in real time; moreover, through this service you can book yourself for the exams. If you are unable to access "Online student services" it means that your password has been blocked by the system (this happens after a few unsuccessful attempts to log on). In this case, you must contact the Student Secretariat of your department, requesting the unlocking of the password for “Online Services”.
Go to Online Student Services - the platform "DIR - Didattica in rete didattica" where you can find teaching material provided by teachers to complement the face-to-face lessons.
Go to DIR - the website “Infobox”, which gathers together a series of useful links relating to online services activated by the University. It is the home page of all the computers available to students at the information points.
