As of Tuesday, 15 October 2024, the Regulation on the Temporary Use of Classrooms, Spaces, and Facilities is in effect. This regulation also governs the management of activities, initiatives, and events, as well as the granting of sponsorships and co-organizations.
Request for Temporary Use of University Classrooms, Spaces, and Facilities
To request temporary use of classrooms, spaces, or facilities, you must complete this online form.
Once the request has been submitted, university staff will contact you as soon as possible. Please refer to the Regulation for the list of available spaces and their capacities (Annex 1).
Request for Sponsorship/Co-organization
To request the University's sponsorship or co-organization, please fill out this form and send it to segreteria.rettore@uniupo.it, copying coordinamento.polovercelli@uniupo.it.
