* Students who only have one exam still to take can benefit from a further extraordinary session. The extraordinary exam sessions will be scheduled for the period between 15 and 26 May 2023 and the extraordinary thesis sessions will be held in the period between 1 and 9 June 2023. Students must submit an application strictly by 23 April 2023. Graduating students who have already applied for the April session but, for proven reasons, are unable to graduate on time, may submit a request for an extension to attend the extraordinary session in June. The request must be submitted to the Student Secretariat by 14 April 2023. The supervisor must send confirmation to the Student Secretariat of the student's real need to postpone the thesis discussion to June.
