The “S.O.S.T.A.” Help Desk (University Orientation and Tutoring Service) is a peer-to-peer support service for welcoming and assisting students, carried out with the collaboration of university students. The service is available both online and in person.
S.O.S.T.A. online
For welcoming, information, and orientation, the service is available by appointment on the dates and times listed in the booking form published on the University website at this link.
For support in organizing study activities, the schedule is arranged according to users' needs, ensuring flexibility for working students, caregivers, international students, etc., including outside of regular university opening hours.
S.O.S.T.A. in person
Available approximately from the week of May 20 through the end of November, with a break during the month of August.
