Census of former English language assistants

Ministerial decree no. 688 of 24 May 2023

The procedure aimed at rebuilding the career of former foreign mother tongue lecturers is underway. To this end, the Cineca census ex-assistants platform will be active from 11 July 2023 on which foreign native-speaking ex-assistants will be able to register, making a declaration which must contain, among the information requested, consent to the processing of personal data and information entered, according to the provisions of the ministerial decree, in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016.

The declaration must be signed by the declarant who, pursuant to the decree of the President of the Republic 28.12.2000 no. 445, assumes responsibility for the truthfulness of the data and information contained therein and must be accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document.

In compliance with the provisions of art. 7, paragraph 6 of the D.M. no. 688/2023 "The platform referred to in paragraph 1 is activated within 15 days from the date of publication of this decree and remains active for the following 20 days."
