To request our services
1. To take charge of Disabled/DSA (induction orientation, diagnosis analysis, strengths counselling interviews, etc.), use the online help desk to book yourself: https://upoplanner.uniupo.it/portaleplanning/SERV/index.php
2. Compensatory measures for students with dsa and/or disabilities are requested when registering for the exam directly on Esse3, using the attached procedure.
Please note that:
- Regarding diagrams/maps/forms: the number of pages is to be agreed with the teachers concerned to whom the material must be sent 15 days in advance of the exam date; summaries are not allowed.
- With regard to the compensatory measure ‘change of test mode (written/oral)’, prior agreement must be reached with the teachers concerned.

Online interviews
From 17 January 2022 it will be possible to book an appointment via the UPOriceve portal with the Student Services Office for all students/future students with disabilities and DSA.
It will be possible to book a 30-minute online interview for the following services:
- 1st level orientation interviewThe interview is aimed at building a suitable study path and identifying the aids to which the student is entitled in order to undertake and continue studies successfully. The service will be available on:
- Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- Colloquium on compensatory measures for disabled students and DSAThe purpose of the interview is to collect all the information and documents needed to agree on the compensatory measures to which students are entitled during the examination. The service will be available
- Tuesday from 9:00 to 12:00
- Thursday from 9:00 to 12:00
Once the appointment has been booked, students will receive a confirmation email containing the link to connect via videoconference and conduct the interview remotely.
